This is a six-week program with nine intermediate-level workouts that are 30 minutes or less, and it requires minimal equipment. You dont have to be a pro to train like one. Anja will get your heart racing and test your focus with fast-paced rhythmic cardio kickboxing, plus HIIT workouts thatll have you blasting through powerful combos on the beat.
