Daily Burn – Undefeated – 2017
With Undefeated, you’ll have fun while mastering MMA moves and building your strength. The program mixes rhythmic cardio kickboxing with authentic martial arts-inspired training and conditioning for a varied workout. This is a six-week program with nine intermediate-level workouts that are 30 minutes or less, and it requires minimal equipment. You don’t have to be a pro to train like one. Together, we’ll stay Undefeated!
Over the 6 weeks of Undefeated, you’ll be kicking and punching your way to a fitter, stronger you.
Anja will get your heart racing and test your focus with fast-paced rhythmic cardio kickboxing, plus HIIT workouts that’ll have you blasting through powerful combos on the beat.
With Phoenix, you’ll develop MMA skills and condition your body with moves from boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu jitsu, leaving you ready to tackle anything.

Anja is serious about health and fitness. She is a former elite-level gymnast who specializes in sports drills and high-intensity interval training. If you’re looking to get fit, Anja’s workouts will turn up the heat.
Phoenix is an internationally recognized Martial Arts personality, commentator and fitness expert with experience in karate, Western boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu jitsu. She combines her diverse training and creative vision to design unique workouts you’ll love.
